If you have forgotton your password, you can enter your email in the lost password tab and your password will be emailed to you within 30 minutes. Please check your junk mail folder/spam folder and refresh your email provider program.

Using Compatible Browsers

Please note that you should use Firefox or Google Chrome as the browser when using our Client Section. You can also use Internet Explorer or Edge. These can be downloaded and are free of charge.

Authentication Process

Please note once you have completed the username and password, you must click on “Log In” and wait around 1-2 mins for the system to recognise your ip address and let you log in. It may take a few more minutes depending on your network speed. If you have problems, please send us a screen shot of this page with the error message and our IT support team can investigate. Please send this to: info@techics.com.

Account Information

Your ip address is being tracked by our security system, and you have now entered our secured section of the website. If you believe that your username and/or password is known by a third party, please contact our support team on +(44) 207 237 3388 (option 2). We would never ask you to disclose your username or password.
