Legal Managed Services | Partnering with ICS Legal

Almost all our clients who engage us whether through legal advice or contact us for the first time instruct ICS Legal to complete their immigration, British nationality, or EEA applications.  The reason is simply to provide clarity and assurances on the application being submitted.

Our legal managed service provides reassurance to an application, whether this is applied under UK immigration laws, British nationality laws, or EEA laws. Our services cater to both individuals and organizations which includes businesses. We provide complete legal support by managing your application from the start to the closure of your application.

We plan your application carefully, advising you throughout the life cycle of the application, and help on making your submission to the UK Home Office correctly. We also help when a decision needs to be challenged through the Tribunals and the Courts. You benefit from the latest tools and technology we use, to help manage your application.

On-demand legal services

Our on-demand legal services allow you to instruct us, as soon as you intend to lodge an application to the relevant authorities. Our services in summary are as follows:

  1. Provide legal advice throughout the life cycle of the application. In our experience, we spend our time explaining and answering a lot of your questions that arise when you embark on the application process. Our advice sessions are done on the telephone, online chat, and also emails.

  2. Advice on the evidence required to meet the prescribed policies and laws. This becomes an essential part of your application.

  3. Checking your documents to make sure the specified policy law is met. It is not always the case that two applications are the same, so we will always advise on alternative evidence and our reasons for that.

  4. Complete the relevant forms. It may be easy to complete but with the new digital system, a wrong answer can get you to complete the application incorrectly, thus risking the rate of refusal higher.

  5. Drafting of legal representation. The UK Home Office and the Court encourages the use of formal representation, setting out your application and reasons for the application.

  6. Instruction letter. This is the last part of the process, giving you clear ideas and structure of the application.

  7. Submission and directions on attendance at the service centers.
