Your visa application is the next most important step, and at ICS Legal we create services to ensure you receive value. Our Application Checking Service is to make sure your preparation and documents collated are correct for the visa process.

This covers one of our Specialist Lawyers, writing out a report, covering the following:

  1. Review the Visa Application Form, or Forms completed.

    • This is to check through all the entries placed on the form.

    • Confirm on amendments, and make these accordingly.

  2. Review the documents prepared.

    • We would outline specifically with detail on each document required as per the Immigration Rules/British Nationality Laws and Specified Evidences.

  3. Outline on Instructions, our Lawyers will provide the next steps you are required to take upon the matter.

    • This would include prospectively on when you would be eligible.

  4. Address queries and concerns,

    • With this service you are always advised to forward questions and concerns, so that we can provide a response, allowing you to proceed with adequate clarity.

We also provide a conference that can take place at our office, or over the telephone (where you are not able to attend). This is to address any final concerns.

Our service costs will be confirmed on the visa type: 

  • Visit Visas.

  • Student Visas.

  • Partner or Spousal Visa.

  • Work Visas including Tier 1 Start Up or Innovator.

  • Settlement, Indefinite leave to remain, including Long Residency.

  • British Nationality.

  • Reconsideration requests for Nationality.

We recognise that some of our client's are able to prepare and file a visa/immigration & nationality applications. However to ensure the application does not fall for possible rejection or refusal, we can offer to check the application, the evidences and cover letter. One of our Lawyers will check the application form, the evidences and provide a written report. This will identify any issues, or matters to be addressed. We will then have a short conference call - up to 30 mins. This will allow you to ask us any questions related to the application and issues we have identified. 

 

We dont recommend that any applications that are complex, for example previous refusals, or you dont meet published requirements, that you use this service. You would be advised to have a consultation at first. Book a consultation.

When you have paid for the application checking service, we will email you directions including what to do next. We are here to make this process as simple as possible. You can upload the draft application, cover letter and evidences on our platform - https://tools.icslegal.com/file-transfer. 

 

Our service is delivered between 5-7 working days. We do not count the day the payment and documents are received. You will also receive access to our Client Engagement Platform (CEP) - so you can also upload documents there and add any comments. 

Yes, once we have emailed you our findings, identifying any issues/missing information or documents, we will schedule a call with you. This session lasts up to 30 minutes. This call cannot be broken into segments nor can it be done in multiple times. In that case, we will advise you to have a paid consultation - charged at the appropriate rate. 

By getting your application checked, is to avoid mistakes or an error that may lead to an application being rejected or refused.
