UKVI Super Priority Visa Service
Immigration applications can involve important personal, family and professional deadlines. For some applicants, waiting several weeks or months for a decision may create difficulties involving employment, international travel, business commitments or long-term residence.
At ICS Legal, our Super Premium Immigration Service is designed for clients seeking a more personalised, time-sensitive approach to preparing and managing their UK immigration applications.
We assist eligible individuals, families, professionals and employers with applications where UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) offers an official super priority decision service.
Our assistance can include an initial eligibility assessment, detailed document review, application preparation, legal representations and coordination of the relevant submission and identity verification arrangements.
We also advise on biometric appointment requirements and the availability of additional appointment services where these are offered by the relevant provider.
ICS Legal's premium professional assistance is separate from UKVI's official super priority processing service.
Our team cannot guarantee the availability of government priority slots, particular biometric appointment arrangements or a decision within a fixed period.

What Is the UKVI super priority service?
The UKVI Super Priority Service is an official expedited processing option for certain eligible UK visa and settlement applications. Where available, it allows applicants to pay an additional government fee to request a faster decision.
Under the published arrangements, eligible applicants will usually receive a decision by the end of the next working day following the relevant identity verification stage.
Where biometric information is provided at an appointment held on a weekend or bank holiday, the usual timeframe is two working days.
Super priority processing is not available for every immigration category, and British citizenship applications are not eligible for this service. The published timeframe may be extended where UKVI requires additional evidence, verification, an interview or other checks.
Who can benefit from super premium immigration assistance?
Our service may be suitable for clients who require more focused preparation and coordination because of significant personal or professional commitments.
International Professionals
Individuals whose immigration position affects employment, professional appointments, sponsorship arrangements or career progression.
Business Owners and Entrepreneurs
Business owners who require immigration advice in connection with qualifying UK immigration applications and commercial commitments.
Families and Dependants
Families seeking coordinated immigration assistance where several applicants are applying together or where important family circumstances require careful planning.
Individuals Applying for Settlement
Eligible applicants considering Indefinite Leave to Remain who wish to explore whether faster government decision-making is available.
Employers and Organisations
Businesses managing immigration applications for employees, senior personnel or groups of sponsored workers.
Applicants with Complex Documentation
Individuals whose applications involve extensive supporting evidence, historical immigration matters or circumstances requiring detailed legal representations.
Eligibility for super priority processing must be assessed separately from eligibility for the underlying immigration application.
How ICS Legal's super premium service works
Our approach combines professional immigration advice with structured case management and careful preparation.
Stage 1 – Initial Assessment
We begin by understanding your immigration circumstances, current permission, intended application and relevant deadlines.
Our team considers whether the proposed application is appropriate and identifies any potential legal or evidential difficulties.
Where expedited processing is requested, we also assess whether the application category may qualify for the official UKVI super priority service.
Stage 2 – Immigration Strategy and Documentation
Once the proposed application has been assessed, we explain the supporting evidence required and the legal requirements that must be satisfied.
We may review employment documents, financial evidence, immigration history, family documentation or other information relevant to the application.
Where necessary, we identify missing information and advise on further evidence.
Stage 3 – Application Preparation
Our team prepares the agreed immigration application and supporting legal representations.
This includes reviewing the information supplied, considering relevant Immigration Rules and identifying matters that should be addressed before submission.
The objective is to prepare a properly supported application rather than simply submitting it quickly.
Stage 4 – Super Priority Availability Assessment
Where the application is eligible, we can assist with the relevant process for selecting an official expedited decision service.
Availability is determined by UKVI and may depend on the immigration route, application circumstances and available processing capacity.
If super priority is unavailable, we can explain the other options, including standard or priority processing where offered.
Stage 5 – Identity Verification and Biometrics
Depending on the application, you may need to attend an appointment to provide fingerprints and a photograph.
Some eligible applicants may instead be instructed to verify their identity using the UK Immigration: ID Check app.
We can explain the relevant requirements and assist with coordinating the appropriate arrangements.
Stage 6 – Decision and Further Advice
Following submission and identity verification, UKVI will consider the application.
If a decision is received, we can explain its implications and advise on any relevant next steps within the agreed engagement.
Where UKVI requests additional information or the decision is delayed, we can assess the correspondence and advise on an appropriate response.
VIP and Mobile Biometric Appointment Arrangements
Historically, some UK immigration service providers offered VIP or mobile biometric enrolment arrangements allowing eligible applicants to provide their biometric information at selected locations.
These services were sometimes used by senior executives, families, employers and organisations managing multiple immigration applications. However, biometric appointment arrangements and service providers have changed over time.
A mobile biometric appointment should not be treated as a generally available entitlement or as an automatic part of UKVI super priority processing.
Where an applicant requires a particular appointment arrangement, ICS Legal can review the current options offered through the relevant official provider.
In certain circumstances, UKVI may also consider assistance or alternative arrangements for applicants who cannot attend a biometric appointment because of disability, serious illness or other qualifying circumstances.
Such arrangements are subject to the relevant requirements and approval procedures. ICS Legal can assist with reviewing the applicant's circumstances and identifying the appropriate enquiry or application process.
Premium assistance for employers and groups of applicants
Employers may require immigration assistance for several employees who are relocating, extending their immigration permission or changing employment arrangements. Where multiple applications are involved, coordinating supporting documentation, application deadlines and identity verification can become more complex.
ICS Legal can assist organisations with managing the UK immigration aspects of these arrangements. Our work may include coordinating applicant information, reviewing sponsorship documentation, preparing applications and advising on the relevant processing options.
Where a group requires biometric appointments, we can assess the available official appointment arrangements. We do not guarantee that biometric enrolment can take place at an employer's premises or that a mobile unit can be provided.
Any specialist appointment service would need to be confirmed by the relevant provider, including availability, eligibility and applicable charges.
Super priority applications for families
Where family members are applying together, careful coordination can help reduce inconsistencies and ensure that the relevant documentation is prepared.
UKVI's expedited processing charges are generally payable separately for each applicant who uses the faster decision service. This means that a family application may involve substantial additional government costs. The availability of super priority processing also depends on the specific immigration category.
For example, certain overseas family applications may offer priority processing with a longer published timeframe rather than next-working-day super priority processing.
ICS Legal can assess the circumstances of the family and advise on the applicable options before applications are submitted.
Super priority indefinite leave to remain applications
Some applicants seeking Indefinite Leave to Remain may qualify for an official expedited decision service. This can be particularly relevant to individuals whose future employment, professional commitments or other arrangements depend on obtaining confirmation of their settlement status.
However, eligibility for settlement must be established independently of the processing service selected. Applicants must still satisfy the relevant Immigration Rules, including applicable residence, immigration status and other requirements.
ICS Legal can review settlement eligibility, examine relevant supporting evidence and assist with preparing the application. Where super priority processing is available, we can explain the applicable government charges and identity verification arrangements.
Super priority applications from outside the UK
Some overseas UK visa applicants may be eligible for expedited processing. The availability of priority and super priority services depends on the application category, country of application and relevant government arrangements.
Where an applicant is required to attend an overseas visa application centre, the appointment and any additional services will be governed by the relevant provider.
ICS Legal can assist overseas clients with UK immigration advice, application preparation and guidance concerning the applicable procedures. We can also advise on the relevant decision timeframe where an expedited processing service is offered.
What does the super premium service cost?
The total cost of a premium immigration matter depends on the work required and the government services selected.
Charges may include:
-
ICS Legal professional fees: The agreed cost of legal advice, application preparation, document review and representation.
-
Home Office application fees: The ordinary government charge for the immigration application.
-
UKVI expedited processing fees: The additional charge for an eligible priority or super priority service.
-
Biometric and appointment charges: Additional costs where optional paid appointments or services are selected.
-
Third-party costs: Translation, document verification or other services where required.
ICS Legal will explain the agreed professional charges and scope of work before formal engagement.
Government and third-party charges remain separate and may change.
Important limitations of super priority processing
Selecting a faster government decision service does not change the substantive Immigration Rules. An applicant must still satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements and provide the necessary supporting evidence.
UKVI may require additional checks, which can extend the published processing timeframe. Paying for super priority processing does not guarantee approval, and it does not guarantee that a decision will be made within a particular number of hours.
Similarly, an enhanced biometric appointment service does not automatically accelerate the Home Office's consideration of an application.
ICS Legal provides independent professional immigration assistance and does not control government processing, appointment availability or decision-making.
