Amazing solicitors! Would 100% recommend them! We have been a client of ICS since October 2019 and used them to sponsor my uncle to bring him to the UK on an EEA dependency basis. Since the start, ICS have been amazing! They were so transparent and always provided us with such helpful advice and support on our matter. When my uncle initially submitted the documents to the visa centre, the Home Office rejected his application due to various reasons. We were so disheartened by the decision and thought that it was the end of it. ICS always reassured us and helped us to appeal to the tribunal so that we could overturn the decision. After waiting patiently after a week, we received an email on Tuesday from ICS to say that our appeal had successfully been allowed by the judge. We were thrilled with excitement especially my mother who had always prayed her brother would be able to join her along with us in the UK. At times we thought we would never be able to get a successful outcome due to the initial Home Office decision the first time round, as well as the issue of Brexit. However, ICS made the impossible possible! This amazing and successful outcome would not have been possible without the brilliant work of ICS Legal. ICS are such friendly and amazing solicitors who work so honestly and so hard. They were very professional and knowledgeable and always kept us informed throughout the whole time.
