Great Service once again ICS legal team are extremely knowledgeable and professional and take a lot of the stress of applying for visas away. This was the third time I have used their services and each time the service and responsiveness of the team is exceptional. I do feel like some of their fees could be looked at, asking for £12 to send my ILR approval letter at the point of telling me it was approved was a bit of a buzzkill, especially when I have already paid to use the service. That’s not the fault of the professionals that work on the cases but I would urge the company to relook at their pricing structure.
