Visa & Immigration Worries? ICS Legal To The Rescue! We have used the services of ICS Legal since 2017 to help with two visa applications and a leave-to-remain application for a Mexican national to enter/stay in the UK, all of which have now been granted. We could not have done it without the help of the ICS team. The company was recommended to us by a family friend (who used them for successful US/UK applications) and we are very grateful to have had them with us to guide us through some very stressful situations. The first couple of meetings were in person at their offices which helped us connect with the advisors and helped calm the nerves. The advisors are also almost always available on the phone and if not they will call you back promptly. Other communication has been via email and you will always get an automated reply email to confirm they have received your message. We've even had to call them on the day of government visa appointments for last minute info or support and they've always been there for us. Their service has been invaluable. I believe their prices are fair for the services they provide. They have an online portal for uploading documents and you can add comments to any files you upload. We will continue to use ICS Legal to help us with the next phase which will be naturalisation. If you are about to apply for a visa and you are not sure which company to engage for help I would encourage you to contact ICS Legal. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
