With your Tribunal Hearing date approaching, having expert immigration preparation can make all the difference—let us help you be fully ready and confident on the day.
Throughout the year, our office supports numerous individuals, families, and businesses, ensuring each case is handled with professionalism and care.
Important note: While most appeal representations are covered under our standard fees, there may be instances where additional charges apply. This could occur, for example, if the appeal skeleton argument has not been properly prepared or fails to address the key issues, or if essential evidence is missing and requires further work.
You have the right to cancel our services at any time. In such cases, a fixed fee of £240 will be charged to cover the time spent reviewing your case, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
The costs cover the following only:
ICS Legal will schedule one of our specialist Immigration Lawyers or a Barrister to represent you on the day of the hearing.
- We will ask you to provide the refusal notice from the Home Office or Tribunal, the appeal skeleton argument you’ve prepared, your appeal bundle, and the Home Office appeal bundle. This allows us to fully understand the matter and prepare for the hearing.
- One of our Immigration Lawyers will contact you to discuss the case and any relevant findings for the hearing.
- We will thoroughly prepare you for the hearing day, ensuring you are represented by either our Immigration Lawyer or a Barrister who will advocate on your behalf before the Tribunal Judge and the Home Office Presenting Officer.
The day of the hearing – what to expect:
- Upon receiving your hearing notice, you are expected to arrive at the Tribunal Centre before 10:00 AM.
- We recommend arriving by 9:00 AM to allow ample time for check-in and preparation.
- You will be greeted by our legal representative, who will go over any final questions or updates before the hearing begins.
- Your case will be allocated to the appropriate courtroom, where you may be required to wait until called. In some cases, the hearing may be conducted via video link.
- Once in the courtroom, your legal representative will present your case, addressing the key points in line with the prepared submissions.
- You and any witnesses may be cross-examined by the Immigration Judge and the Home Office Presenting Officer.
- After the hearing concludes, the Immigration Judge will typically reserve their decision. A written determination is usually issued within the following weeks.
