We recognise that some of our client's are able to prepare and file a visa/immigration & nationality applications. However to ensure the application does not fall for possible rejection or refusal, we can offer to check the application, the evidences and cover letter. One of our Lawyers will check the application form, the evidences and provide a written report. This will identify any issues, or matters to be addressed. We will then have a short conference call - up to 30 mins. This will allow you to ask us any questions related to the application and issues we have identified.
We dont recommend that any applications that are complex, for example previous refusals, or you dont meet published requirements, that you use this service. You would be advised to have a consultation at first. Book a consultation.

When you have paid for the application checking service, we will email you directions including what to do next. We are here to make this process as simple as possible. You can upload the draft application, cover letter and evidences on our platform - https://tools.icslegal.com/file-transfer.
Our service is delivered between 5-7 working days. We do not count the day the payment and documents are received. You will also receive access to our Client Engagement Platform (CEP) - so you can also upload documents there and add any comments.
Yes, once we have emailed you our findings, identifying any issues/missing information or documents, we will schedule a call with you. This session lasts up to 30 minutes. This call cannot be broken into segments nor can it be done in multiple times. In that case, we will advise you to have a paid consultation - charged at the appropriate rate.
By getting your application checked, is to avoid mistakes or an error that may lead to an application being rejected or refused.
