Using our templates, cover letters and application packs

Where we are now embracing AI and the growing technology –it’s important to note that in the legal industry, that both laws and legal policies change.

Our documents are prepared by a qualified Lawyer:

When the transaction is completed, we will check and email the application pack or template as required.

Visa and immigration application forms

The UKVI new digital approach means, immigration visa and nationality application forms are all online. Applications from the Home Office are free to use.

1. The Immigration (Leave to Remain) (Prescribed Forms and Procedures) Regulations 2007 – governs the law in respect to using the correct applications.

To avoid an application being refused or simply rejected, we offer a service to check your matter and advise on the correct form to complete.

Online visa application process

Fast, compliant UK visas for the UK – whether you are in the UK or outside of the UK, our Digital Service platform – brings about seamless process when applying for your UK visas.

Our digital services are different in service delivery – so please note the digital legal services are delivered online and through our communication model. We do not offer any advice on emails, calls or video.

1. The advantage of using our platform is that the visa applications are prepared and filed by our Lawyers. All our Lawyers are regulated by the IAA.

2. We are transparent on how we deliver our digital visa services – so our legal fees are clearly marked prior you are starting the transaction. Visa costs including third party fees are not included and paid directly to the competent agency.

5. The UK Home Office decisions are served digitally through the new e-visa platform.

Once a decision is made by the Home Office, depending on the type of application filed, you will receive a immigration decision letter along with a document and details related to the e-visa.
