Your visa application is the next most important step, and at ICS Legal we create services to ensure you receive value. Our Application Checking Service is to make sure your preparation and documents collated are correct for the visa process.

This covers one of our Specialist Lawyers, writing out a report, covering the following:

  1. Review the Visa Application Form, or Forms completed.

    1. This is to check through all the entries placed on the form.

    2. Confirm on amendments, and make these accordingly.

  2. Review the documents prepared.

    1. We would outline specifically with detail on each document required as per the Immigration Rules/British Nationality Laws and Specified Evidences.

  3. Outline on Instructions, our Lawyers will provide the next steps you are required to take upon the matter.

    1. This would include prospectively on when you would be eligible.

  4. Address queries and concerns,

    1. With this service you are always advised to forward questions and concerns, so that we can provide a response, allowing you to proceed with adequate clarity.

We also provide a conference that can take place at our office, or over the telephone (where you are not able to attend). This is to address any final concerns.

Our service costs start from £200, and these will be confirmed on the visa type.
