Priority Service Visa Application Types | 24 hours 

ICS Legal works to ensure we provide a consistent service to our new and existing clients. We have a number of referral clients who benefit from using our services. You can apply in person at an allocated Home Office Service Centre. In most cases you should receive your decision within 24 hours, and the biometric visa card to follow through. 

Our Priority Services includes:

  1. Getting the Home Office appointment booked in.
  2. Advising you about the relevant documents to support your application.
  3. Completing the relevant application form/s.
  4. Preparing a covering letter in support of the application.
  5. In case the application is retained for further enquires, liaising with the Home Office for decision on the application.

How ICS Legal process works?

  1. To initiate the process, you need to pay our legal fees. This payment can only be made over the telephone or making a bank transfer payment.
  2. As soon as you have paid, please e-mail to info@icslegal.com with the following (this includes all applicants and dependants):
  3. A client care letter is sent which can be viewed on our website and for you to agree with.
  4. Once paid, you would receive the full list of documents.
  5. An e-mail explaining how we work and our FAQ to ensure you understand how we work.
  6. Home Office paid by credit card or debit card at the time of booking your appointment.
