Business Lawyers | Corporate, Business & Educational Providers

At ICS Legal, we understand that if you are a business, or an educational provider, it is important that you are supported through a complex, sponsor licensing system. The governance of the sponsor licence is set out by the Home Office.

Our Business Lawyers will be able to give you advice, guidance and help throughout the sponsor management system.

When it comes to businesses, migration plays a key importance to our clients and how they look to bring in competitive edge into their business.

Sponsor licence at a glance

The sponsor licence application is a system for the Home Office to check whether, you, as a business or an educational provider, are fit for the purpose, to support in making sure that migration system is not abused but used for the economic benefits.

Whether you are considering bringing migrants to work within your business or if you are allowing students to study in the establishment, you will be asked to make sure that the system is managed with integrity.

Our Business Lawyers will help you from the start of your application to hold a sponsor licence to the management of the sponsor management system.

When you apply for a sponsor licence, the Home Office will make a number of security checks and business checks, to ensure the application can be treated as valid. They will ask you to include evidences to support your sponsor licence application.

Our Business Lawyers will manage every step of the application process:
