We appreciate value for money which is why, if you wish to proceed with further services with us, we deduct the consultation payment from your overall service fee. However, we never use client’s consultation time to push application services available. We prefer to allow our clients to have time to reflect on what was discussed in the advice session and consider what the best step for them is. At the end of the day, the client’s best interest is what is important to us.
We listen to our clients’ needs and advise them of the correct steps based on their inquiry. You will be given the opportunity to address any questions you have surrounding your matter. The advisor will take you through the options available to you in relation to your legal matter. We ensure advice is tailored to your needs by finding the correct steps best suited to you and your personal circumstances.
We cut out all legal jargon when giving immigration advice as we want to ensure that our clients fully understand and leave these sessions feeling empowered and informed by the advice given. This is why we use plain simple English to achieve this. The whole consultation process is designed to give you the peace of mind that the advice you are receiving is in fact genuine and correct advice.
Within 2-3 working days of the immigration consultation, you will receive a complimentary written summary which sets out the advice given to you in the form of a report. We believe that honesty is the best policy, and so even if your application has the slightest chance of being refused, we will let you know immediately.
Our standard sessions last up to 30 minutes and require a small fee of £60. This is a small price to pay for the support and guidance our telephone consultations offer. We also offer in-person consultations to cater to our clients who prefer this method of communication. These sessions are charged at a higher rate of £85 and can last up to 45 minutes.
In light of COVID-19, in-person consultations are generally not advised.
