This service does not apply to restricted certificates of sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>Change of circumstances requests submitted before Monday 7 November 2016 will not be eligible for consideration under the priority service and will be considered under the 18 weeks service standard.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-apply\"><span id=\"3-how-to-apply\"><span class=\"number\">3.<\/span>How to apply<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Full guidance on how to submit a change of circumstances request on the sponsorship management system (<abbr title=\"sponsorship management system\">SMS<\/abbr>) can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/manage-your-sponsorship-licence-sms-user-manual\"><abbr title=\"sponsorship management system\">SMS<\/abbr> Manual<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have submitted your request you will receive a telephone number to contact, to check the service availability and pay the fee via debit\/credit card. During the call you will be asked for your sponsorship licence number, please have this ready. Only one request will be accepted on each call.<\/p>\n<p>A maximum of 20 priority service requests will be accepted each day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm).<\/p>\n<p>If the service is fully subscribed you will be eligible to apply the next working day.<\/p>\n<p>If your request is to replace an <abbr title=\"authorising officer\">AO<\/abbr> you will be required to send a submission sheet to the following address:<\/p>\n<div class=\"address\">\n<div class=\"adr org fn\">\n<p>Tier 2 and 5 Priority Service \u2013 Authorisation Code XXX<br \/>\nSponsor Licensing Unit<br \/>\nPO Box 3468<br \/>\nSheffield<br \/>\nS3 8WA<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>It is important that you write \u2018Tier 2 and 5 Priority Service\u2019 followed by your unique authorisation code. You will be given your authorisation code when you pay the fee.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"processing-times\"><span id=\"4-processing-times\"><span class=\"number\">4.<\/span>Processing times<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Successful requests will be considered within 5 working days.
