If you want to apply to <a href=\"https:\/\/icslegal.com\/visit-visa-extension\">extend your visa<\/a> or to settle in the UK and get a decision on the same day.&nbsp;You must be applying from within the UK to use this service.&nbsp;Most applications are processed the same day if you bring all the information needed to your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-at-your-appointment\"><span id=\"at-your-appointment\"><strong>At your appointment<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must arrive for a security check 15 minutes before your appointment. After the security check, you must provide the following at the reception:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firstly, your payment confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondly, Your completed application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All necessary supporting documents for your visa application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your IHS reference number (if you need one).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your appointment is outside office hours, you\u2019ll need to take a credit or debit card to pay the \u00a363 fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your \u2018biometric information\u2019 such as fingerprints and a photograph will be taken at your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-should-come-with-you-in-premium-service-centre\"><span id=\"who-should-come-with-you-in-premium-service-centre\"><strong>Who should come with you<\/strong> <strong>in <\/strong>premium service centre<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you mention any any dependents named on your application. Your dependents must come with you to your appointment. If you want, you can also bring any other people you need at your appointment. For example carers, family members or legal representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-long-it-takes\"><span id=\"how-long-it-takes\"><strong>How long it takes<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Generally, most of the application are processed within 2 hours and 30 minutes. On the other hand, if your application can not complete on the application day. You will get back to your documents and your biometric residence permit will be ordered (it will take 7 to 10 days to arrive).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can wait while your application is being processed, or leave and come back later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your biometric residence permit will be sent to your home address unless you tell the premium service centre to send it somewhere else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-your-appointment-is-cancelled\"><span id=\"if-your-appointment-is-cancelled\"><strong>If your appointment is cancelled<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your appointment may be cancelled and you won\u2019t get a refund of the \u00a3100 booking fee if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applied to use the service but weren\u2019t eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Didn\u2019t bring the right documents or a completed application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelled your appointment too late &#8211; unless there were exceptional circumstances, eg a medical emergency or severe weather.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Didn\u2019t pay the correct fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Didn\u2019t pay the healthcare surcharge (or didn\u2019t pay the right amount) and you weren\u2019t exempt from paying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-you-can-t-use-premium-service-centre\"><span id=\"when-you-cant-use-premium-service-centre\"><strong>When you can&#8217;t use premium service centre<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can\u2019t use the premium service if you\u2019re applying under Tier 1 (Investor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can\u2019t use the premium or super premium service when you\u2019re:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A business person, innovator, sole representative or investor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Turkish business person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A self-employed lawyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying under Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for Stage 1 endorsement under Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A seaman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Gurkha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A retired person of independent means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An elderly dependent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone whose case is complex because of personal circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone whose case isn\u2019t covered by the Immigration Rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sponsored by a member of staff at a premium service centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/apply-home-office-travel-document\">Home Office travel documen<\/a>t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If applying for naturalisation or registration as a UK national.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying as a victim of domestic violence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for an European Economic Area (EEA) residence card or permanent residence card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If applying for an EEA registration certificate as an unmarried partner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for an EEA registration certificate and you\u2019re not a qualified person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for proof of a right of abode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You also can\u2019t use the premium or super premium service if you\u2019re applying for discretionary leave to remain or humanitarian protection unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you\u2019re applying under the transitional arrangements to extend your discretionary leave after 3 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re applying to settle in the UK after 6 years discretionary leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-applying-to-settle-if-you-ve-spent-time-in-the-channel-islands-or-isle-of-man\"><span id=\"applying-to-settle-if-youve-spent-time-in-the-channel-islands-or-isle-of-man\"><strong>Applying to settle if you\u2019ve spent time in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Generally, you can\u2019t apply in person if you\u2019re applying for settlement in one of the categories below, and your continuous residence period includes time spent in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The categories are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiers 1, 2, 4 and 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work outside the points-based system, eg work permit holder, overseas domestic worker in a private household.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/icslegal.com\/apply-for-uk-ancestry-visa\">UK ancestry<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-applying-on-behalf-of-other-people\"><span id=\"applying-on-behalf-of-other-people\"><strong>Applying on behalf of other people<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You usually can\u2019t apply on behalf of someone else at a premium service centre. In exceptional circumstances (eg if someone is physically unable to attend for health reasons) you can submit an application on another person\u2019s behalf if you\u2019re their husband, wife, civil partner, sister, brother, parent or legal guardian. You must carry a letter of authorization signed by the applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal representatives can\u2019t use the premium service on behalf of clients unless they\u2019re registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and have sent the Home Office a written request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-applying-for-registration-certificates\"><span id=\"applying-for-registration-certificates\"><strong>Applying for registration certificates<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EEA nationals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re an EEA national you can\u2019t include your family in your application. They must apply separately by post as an EEA family member or an EEA extended family member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Croatian nationals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re a Croatian national, you can only include your EEA family in your application if they\u2019re your:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/icslegal.com\/uk-spouse-visa\">Spouse<\/a> or civil partner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Child or grandchild aged under 21.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Family who aren\u2019t EEA nationals, other relatives and unmarried partners must apply by post as non-EEA family of a Croatian national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fees-for-premium-service-centre\"><span id=\"fees-for-premium-service-centre\">Fees for premium service centre<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must pay \u00a3500 to apply at a premium service. In addition to the standard application fee and the healthcare surcharge (if you need to pay it). You don\u2019t have to pay the premium service fee if you\u2019re applying for an European Economic Area (EEA) registration certificate or to work in the UK as a Croatian national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your application may take longer than a day if extra checks are needed. If your application is delayed for other reasons, eg IT problems or a fire evacuation, you may be able to get a refund of the premium service fee.
