If you are eligible to apply you will find guidance on how to complete your application and the evidence, you need to provide within the online application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 id=\"h-what-happens-next\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"what-happens-next\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_happens_next\"><\/span><strong>What happens next<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you meet the requirements for a change to the conditions of your leave to allow you to apply for public funds you will be told by letter or email. This may include a request that you give biometric information (fingerprints and photograph). You would need to do this at a Service &amp; Support Centre (SSC). Information on how to do this will be provided in the decision. We will then issue you with a new biometric residence permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This application is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-about-the-online-form\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"about-the-online-form\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"About_the_online_form\"><\/span><strong>About the online form<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of time you will need to complete the form will depend on your situation. You will be able to save your form and come back to it at another time if you need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are inactive for 25 minutes you will be automatically logged out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 id=\"h-how-we-use-your-data\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"how-we-use-your-data\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_we_use_your_data\"><\/span><strong>How we use your data<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Home Office will use the personal information you provide to consider your Application. We may also share your information with other public and private sector organizations in the UK and overseas.
