Apply for a UK Visitor visa in China

You can apply for a UK visitor visa in China if you want a regular visitor to Britain for the following activities:

  • Leisure and entertainment, such as vacation, visiting friends, or attending ADS tour
  • Short-term business visits, such as meetings, workshops, training or the provision of training, participate in sports or creative activities, or short-term academic visits

You can not:

  • Fill vacancies gainful or unpaid work
  • UK permanent residence in the United Kingdom through frequent
  • Married or registered same-sex civil partnership, or give notice of marriage or civil partnership for same-sex
  • The use of public funds

Maximum stay

  • Proof of income, such as bank passbook or running water (at least 3 months)
  • Commercial activities relevant evidence, such as the United Kingdom’s invitation
  • Past trip records (if applicable), such as the old passport

VISIT Visitors (Family visitors)

  • Current job or in school to prove, for example, proof of work; or business license (if self-employed business/shareholder); or attending proof; or lease contract (if through leasing income)
  • Income and proof of funds, such as bank passbook or running water (at least 3 months); or certificate of deposit
  • If the secured party, please provide your invitations secured party
  • If you visit the secured party funding, please provide the secured party bank water (at least 3 months)
  • Past trip records (if applicable), such as the old passport

Children visitors (Child visitor party accompanied by their parents)

  • Account relationship, birth certificate or proof of child certificate and accompanying parent/mother

2.apply for a student visa

2.1 Check if you qualify

Fourth-level student visa

Fourth-level (Tier 4) points-based system includes two student visa categories, the fourth and fourth-level hierarchy of ordinary children. Fourth-level visa application All applicants must:

  • Recognized medical or dental graduate matriculation; or
  • As a full-time student cadre (sabbatical officer) (Students National Union of) work in your fourth-level security agencies or full English student.

Fourth-level child visa for children 4-17 years of age attending the following courses:

  • And the British National Curriculum (National Curriculum) consistent curriculum; or
  • In line with National Certificate (NQF) requires the curriculum; or

Learning NQF 3 and higher-level courses or 16 or 17 years old and fourth-level students need to apply for the secured party on the fourth level of the ordinary or fourth-level child visa agreement. Learning English as a Foreign Language 16 or 17-year-old fourth-level students should apply for ordinary visas.

4-15 years, students must study in a private school.

Short-term study visa

You can apply for a short-term study visa to Britain:

  • Learning short courses, such as English language courses or training courses
  • Degree courses overseas to conduct short-term research or study

You must study courses or by the fourth level of the secured party provides the following bodies or accredited educational institution:

You can stay for six months to learn any short-term courses in the UK. If you are over 18, you can stay up to 11 months in the UK to study English language courses (except courses contain learning elements of English courses).

Summer / Winter Camp program

You and your parent (mother) or legal guardian live together

You will be 18 years of age and close relatives (grandfather/mother, brother, sister, stepfather/mother, uncles/uncle (your father/mother or half-brother/half brother or aunt/aunt (your father/mother or half-brother/half-sister)) living together

  • Your father (mother) or legal guardian consent letter must confirm that care arrangement and provide the following information:
  • The relationship between you and your relatives the
  • Address you and your relatives living in the UK
  • Your parent (mother) or legal guardian to apply for a UK visa and support your relatives responsible for the authorized duration of your UK care of you.
  • Undertaking your relative’s confirmation care arrangements related details, including:
  • Name your relatives, current address, and contact information
  • The relatives and your address in the UK (if the relative current address)
  • Confirm your accommodation is provided to a private address, not by the company’s operations, such as hotels or youth hostels
  • Your relationship with the father (mother) or legal guardians and relatives between the
  • The relatives agreed to provide you with the care arrangements
  • During your class, the relatives of at least 570 pounds per month (up to 9 months) for the care of you and provide you with accommodation
  • Additional information from the people that take care of relatives, as well as the date and signature of the letter of commitment to the relatives
  • Certificate valid passport of the relatives, travel documents, or naturalization certificate to confirm that the relatives may live in the UK. The certificate must be issued in the UK.

You are under 16 years of age (under 18 if disabled) and will be more than 28 days in the UK and is not your father (mother), legal guardian or adult living next of kin (ie, care by private homestay)

  • Your relationship with the father (mother) or legal guardians and caregivers between
  • Caretaker agree to provide you with the care arrangements
  • During your class, caregivers at least 570 pounds per month (up to 9 months) for the care of you and provide you with accommodation
  • Other people’s care by the caregivers, as well as the date of the commitment letter and caregivers signature
  • Caregivers certificate valid passport, travel document, or naturalization certificate to confirm caregivers can live in the UK. The certificate must be issued in the UK

  • Parent-child relationship proof (please provide original material), such as household, birth, child certificate, or adoption certificate (if you are to be adopted). If a material can prove the relationship between you and the parents or legal guardians do not need to provide proof of the relationship material. UK Visa and Immigration does not accept the certificate.
  • Arrange care information in the UK
  • Students under 16 years of age should also submit a letter to confirm British School has notified local authorities and take care of your travel arrangements, and local agencies respond to the British School (If you receive a reply).

3.2 visa-free transit

Entry transit visa (Visitor in Transit Visa) visa requirements:

British entry transit visa-exempt status, you must:

  • Fly out of the United Kingdom
  • Confirmed onward flight, and will leave in the next day or the British arrive before 0:00 pm
  • Go to the destination country holding legal documents (such as the destination country visa);

And either of the following conditions:

  • Direct (or reasonable route turn away) to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the United States, and holds a valid visa of the country
  • Holders Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the United States effective visa directly (or through reasonable route transfer process) to the UK
  • Direct (or reasonable route turn away) from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the United States to the United Kingdom, and from the last time you hold a valid visa to enter Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States is not more than six months.
  • Have permanent residence permits issued in Australia or New Zealand
  • Hold a valid residence permit European Economic Area countries or Switzerland issued a unified format
  • Valid permanent residence permit in Canada after June 28, 2002, issued by the holder
  • Enter a valid uniform format for a European Economic Area country or Switzerland D visa
  • Ireland holds a biometric visa and onward ticket to the Republic of Ireland
  • You travel to the UK from the Republic of Ireland and from Ireland last time you hold biometric information allowed entry visa or arrive in Ireland no more than three months
  • Hold a valid permanent resident card in the United States on April 21, 1998, or later issued
  • A valid Temporary I-551 immigrant visa issued by the United States (lid seal versions will not be accepted)
  • Confirmed by the I-797 extension letter expired I-551 permanent resident card in April 1998 after the United States 21 or the date of issue of
  • Hold (attached to the sealed brown envelope on) a separate US immigration form 155A / 155B
