You can make an application from outside the United Kingdom under this category. You must ensure that you are eligible under this category and score 75 points under the main category. Please ensure that supporting documents are supplies, as it is onus on the applicant to supply all relevant documents.

If you are granted entry clearance as an investor from outside of the United Kingdom, you will be able to live and work in the United Kingdom for a maximum period of three years. When the end of this period approaches you will need to apply to extend your stay as an investor.
