The same day service - fast track is designed to give you a decision for your application within the same day. We receive a decision on your application from the Home Office between 6pm to 8pm in the evening and will inform you straight away of the outcome of your application. In some instances the Home Office may decide to keep your application for further checks and this may delay the time taken to obtain a decision. 

All the documents for your application would be returned on the same day including a decision along with your passport. All documents addressed to the Home Office would be kept unless otherwise instructed.

ICS Legal submits your application to the Home Office in London and the applications are processed on the same day under the fast track premium services.
