extended validation certificate

Once you appoint ICS Legal as your legal case worker, we would evaluate your case and then send you a detailed e-mail listing all the documents that we require. An ICS Legal case worker is assigned and he/she would be your point of contact. Our practice management system allows us to manage your case throughout its life cycle and you may contact your ICS Legal case worker at anytime, they can give you up to date information. You may also log into our website and click on “track my case” for secure live updates on your case. To log in, please click here http://icslegal.com/login.php

The life cycle:

Once we evaluate your case and the documents are received, it undergoes a rigid process, the ICS Legal case worker will check your documents, cross referencing them with the published guidelines and request further documents as and when required.

The application form(s) would be completed by your ICS legal case worker, ensuring the correct form is completed as there are no appeal rights if using the wrong form.

Once the initial stage is completed by your case worker, this is passed on to another case worker to validate and check your application.

The case is then passed back to your legal case worker, who will finalise the application with their report which explains in detail how the Immigration Rules have been met, taking your instructions in to consideration and ensure it is ready for submission.

Once it is validated, your application is sent to our Client Support Team, who would digitalise your application and documents for our records.

Your legal case worker would then mark the pages for clear visibility for the case worker at the Home Office, presenting it in a way that may help reduce the time taken to evaluate your case for a decision.

What happens before the submission day? - one day premium fast track services

For all one day premium fast track services we ensure to complete the process from start to finish which includes completing the correct application forms, cross referencing your documents, ensuring the application is valid and that you have met the published guidelines. We also include our policy document whereby we explain how you have met the Immigration Rules and met the criteria’s set out. Any special instructions you want us to carry out on your behalf is also included.

What happens on the day? - premium fast track services by ICS Legal

You are not allowed to attend the one day premium fast track services with us, as our processes are different to those available to the public. On the day of the submission of any premium fast track services, an ICS Legal case worker will attend the Home Office in person to put forward your application for Home Office's consideration. Your application is first validated to ensure we have all the relevant documents, we make the Home Office payment on behalf of you and then your application including your supporting documents is taken away for consideration.

The legal case worker from the Home Office will stay in contact with us, should there be a requirement for any further clarifications.
