Where do we store your documents?
Your documents which include your passport are kept in a secure office. The documents are only accessible by your case worker and the office is manned 24/7 including Holidays by security to ensure your documents are safe. Your documents security is of our highest priority and we never compromise on this.
Picking up Documents after decision made on your application(s)
Once we complete your application under the premium fast track services, your documents will be ready for collection from our office on the following day. It is advisable to pick up your documents in person as we need to ensure we have returned all of your documents, and you must sign a client retrieval document to ensure all documents have been returned. This protects you and us. However, we appreciate that you may not always be unable to attend our office to collect your documents therefore under special circumstances we can send these documents to you in special delivery. We use Royal Mail special delivery service whereby the documents are insured and secure for everyones peace of mind.
What happens when some documents are not returned?
When the Home Office case worker makes a consideration on your application, they retain some of the documents and these are kept in storage by the Home Office. However in the unlikely event that the Home Office do misplace any returnable documents please contact our Client Support Team on 0844 800 3919 or e-mail our team on clientsupport@icslegal.com our Client Support Team will liaise with the Home Office on your behalf to retrieve those documents. This can sometimes be a lengthy process but our Client Support Team will keep you updated on a regular basis.
Please note we retain digital copies of your documents and hold these documents during the application consideration.
